• How far is Ponient Dorada Palace from the park?

  The 4-star Ponient Dorada Palace is located in the town of Salou, on the Costa Dorada. It is just 5 minutes away from PortAventura World and only 800 metres from the beach. It is excellently located, being just 20 minutes from Reus airport and 1 hour from Barcelona airport.

• What time is check-in? And what time is check-out?

  Rooms are available from 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. We recommend that you arrive at the hotel as soon as possible to collect your tickets and start enjoying the parks.

• Which tickets are included with my stay? Where can I pick them up?

  The tickets specified during the booking process, according to the relevant terms and conditions. You can pick them up at the hotel reception when you arrive.

• Is there a shuttle service to the park? At what times?

  Yes, from May to October. Departures towards PortAventura World are in the morning (time to be confirmed). The return is mid-afternoon (time to be confirmed). The service is available seven days a week.

• Is there parking at the hotel? Is parking at PortAventura World included?

  Yes, there is hotel parking available, at an additional cost. At PortAventura World, parking must be paid for separately.

• Is themed entertainment available during my stay?

  Yes, there is an extensive programme of daily entertainment and activities for the whole family. Ask for information at reception when you check in.

• How old do children have to be to attend the mini club?

  Children aged 3-12 years old are welcome to attend the mini club within the scheduled days and times. Children aged 3-5 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

• Are pool towels available?

  Yes, you can rent towels for the pool at the hotel reception, leaving a deposit of €15. There is a charge of €2 per towel. Deposits will be refunded once the towel has been returned to reception.

• If I book the half-board basis, can I have dinner in the park, in other hotels, or in the LaLiga TwentyNine’s restaurant?

  If you decide to stay on a half-board basis, breakfast and dinner will only be available at the hotel buffet.

• How are food intolerances managed in the hotel restaurants?

  Please indicate your allergy or intolerance at the time of booking and we will send you a specific form to fill in.

  Children under 2 years of age stay free at our hotels. The child rate applies between 2 and 12 years old.
